How many episodes modern family season 11

Modern Familywill return on Wednesday, September 21st for its Season 8 Premiere.  The Modern Family castwill return at 9pm following the series premiere of Speechless.

 Mitch, Camand Lilywill return from their summer stay in Kansas City.  Claireand Jaywill be working on their balance of powers in the office.  After Andy left to pursue his career, will Haleyget over the first guy she's ever loved?

In the Season 8 Premiere "A Tale of Three Cities", we are swooped into the summer period shortly after recent trips take the Dunphys to New York; Mitch, Cam and Lily to the Midwest; and Jay, Gloria, Manny and Joe to Juarez, Mexico; the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker clan reunites with all of the families converging at home for Father's Day.
