If you’re taking your exams this year we’ve got the key GCSE and A level exam dates for 2025 you need to circle (in red!) on your calendar.

As ever, GCSEs and A Levels will take place over the Summer Term with results delivered in August.

The dates below are accurate as of January 2025, if anything changes, we’ll keep this list up-to-date.

When do GCSEs start and finish in 2025?

GCSEs start the week commencing Monday 5th May and finish on Friday 20th June. 

These dates might change closer to the time depending on the exam boards, we’ll keep this page up to date with any changes.
