    Making smoothies is hardly rocket science and there are plenty of recipes out there, but here are some tips for creating your own smoothie. We also have 5 smoothie recipes to get you started!

    • 2 to 2 1/2 cups cubed soft fruit, fresh or frozen, or a combination
    • 1 cup of liquid, usually juice or milk
